often asked.

E&S Solutions is a specialist aftersales partner for manufacturers and retailers. Since 2000 we’ve combined repair, refurbishment, returns management and responsible product recovery into one connected service, helping our partners protect their reputation beyond the point of sale.

We work with manufacturers and retailers of all sizes, from global brands to specialist retailers. Our partners include household names across retail and home appliances, and we shape each programme around the partner’s products, customers and priorities.

Our engineers cover floorcare, headphones and consumer tech, home and small appliances, and e-bikes. If your range sits outside those categories, tell us about it and we’ll confirm the right technical support.

Yes. We provide nationwide aftersales support from our 12,000 sq ft UK technical facility, with reverse logistics to collect products and return them once the work is done.

We have more than 35 specialist engineers, led by our CEO, Blake Green.

Our average repair turnaround is 48 hours. It’s an average rather than a guaranteed service level: actual timing depends on the technical assessment, parts availability and the programme agreed with your business.

AATF stands for Approved Authorised Treatment Facility. It means we’re approved to treat waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) responsibly when a product can’t be repaired or refurbished, and we can provide the relevant documentation for your programme.

We follow a simple order: repair first, refurbish wherever possible, recover usable parts, and recycle responsibly when a product reaches the end of its useful life. It keeps products in use for longer and helps our partners retain value.

Yes. That’s how we prefer to work. We treat every product and customer interaction as a reflection of your brand, with quality checks at every stage and reporting so you can see how your programme is performing.

We work with manufacturers and retailers rather than directly with the public. If your product is under warranty, your retailer or manufacturer can confirm the authorised repair route. If you already have a repair in progress with us, choose “Existing repair” on our contact form.
